Cancellation Policy
Weekend Party Rentals Booking Policy Thank you for choosing our gaming truck rental service for your weekend event! Here's a brief overview of our booking policy: Weekend Pricing: Weekend rentals from Friday to Sunday cost $375. Reservation Process: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on the event day. Cancellation Policy: The deposit is non-refundable, and cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event forfeit the full rental fee. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and a confirmation email from us. Duration of Rental: Standard rental duration is 2 hours. Additional hours can be arranged for an extra fee. Additional Charges: Any damages incur additional charges as per our rental agreement. Weather Policy: We may reschedule due to inclement weather. Deposit can be applied to a future booking within 2 weeks Client Responsibility: Ensure adequate parking space and obtain necessary permits if required.
